Neemrana Travel Guide

The Neemrana Fort Palace complex turned into a heritage hotel by the enterprising duo of writers Aman Nath and Francis Wacziarg is a marvelous place to while away a weekend or go for a honeymoon. Built in 1464, Neemrana Fort Palace is located on a small hill close to the busy Delhi-Jaipur highway. Step in to Neemrana Fort Palace and you can be sure to step away from the cares of the bustling world outside, particularly if you are on your honeymoon. At the Neemrana Fort Palace you can laze around, and do nothing strenuous at all, perhaps curl up with some great books. Or you can choose to explore the well-restored fort with its great Indian artifacts and furniture. The Suraj Kund, once a water reservoir for the fort has been turned into a swimming pool and is located on a hillside terrace.

If you're looking for a thrill try the Flying Fox a one of the kind aerial zip-line experience. You fly high along a steel cables suspended between two hills. It's a great adrenalin pumping experience!
