Santushti Shopping Complex

History

Situated in India’s capital city, New Delhi, the Santushti Shopping Complex is like a refuge with calm green environs amidst the hustle and bustle of the city life. Known for its posh boutiques, Santushti can be said to be an oasis in desert where one can shop without being hassled by the boisterous spirit of the city bazaars. Having a plethora of avenues for shopping and relaxation as well, the complex has stops like Kastro’s, which is famed for its fine Cuban cigars, Davidoff mini-cigarillos, to name a few. Lotus Eaters, Anokhi, Claire, amongst others, are some other favourite destinations to stop by when visiting Santushti Shopping Complex.

Run by the Air Force Wives association, this small shopping complex has indeed become a much loved hanging out joint for diplomats' wives. At present 30 boutiques are encircled around a small garden. However, this is not a place for those who love bargains, but it is the best spot to find the latest fashion Indian clothing along with articles of cosmetics, jewellery, leather accessories, home décor, and a lot more.

Best time to visit

Shopping requires no season! However, winter months from October to March are the best time to visit Santushti Shopping Complex, and the capital itself.

Trivia

For Basil lovers, the place offers a very popular Basil & Thyme restaurant available in the vicinity to its visitors.

Timing

The complex is open from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Saturday.
