History
Khan Market is a market in New Delhi, established in the year 1951, and named in honour of Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan. The market has today grown into one of the most expensive and lavish commercial real estate locations in the city, with its wide variety of stores.
Present here are modern showrooms of some of the best-known brands like Nike, Reebok, Tommy Hilfiger, Benetton, Goodearth and others. Also of note are silver jewellery stores Amrapali, Safeera, Silverline, to name a few. Also present are several popular bookstores offering a unique selection of books.
