The low-cost carrier, Thai AirAsia has decided to shelve its Bangkok-New Delhi services from March 24, 2012. The airline will continue to operate the weekly flight between Kolkata and Bangkok. The withdrawal of the Bangkok-New Delhi service will begin with the airline reducing its frequency on the route to four flights per week by February 14, 2012 and then finally discontinuing it completely by March 24.
