JourneyMart.com advises all prospective
clients that the products listed on our website are the property of the
Insurance Provider , namely TATA AIG , and is being promoted on our website for
guiding and facilitating the customer to choose appropriate Plan according to
his travel needs . The issuance of the Policy document is done solely by TATA
AIG Insurance and any claims related to the Policy purchased shall be referred
to and adjudicated and settled by TATA AIG directly . JourneyMart.com cannot
assume responsibility for settling any claims , which may or may not have been
reported to TATA AIG nor can JourneyMart.com prepare any claim on behalf of the
customer . JourneyMart.com role is limited to provide information on the type
of policies available with TATA AIG and then to provide the Policy document to
the customer by electronic means ( in case physical delivery is required
delivery charges of Rs 200 shall be applicable ) and can only be done once the
purchase is confirmed after receipt of payment of premium .
JourneyMart.com makes no warranties for
settlement of claims by TATA AIG . Under no circumstances can
JourneyMart make any representation to any authority for providing
any document for the purpose of claim and is the the sole
responsibility of the insured . Further it is the obligation of the
purchaser to provide correct and accurate details , of all relevant
details including pre existing ailments and to provide correct
details pertaining to the passport details , date of birth, address
. If inaccurate data is provided The policy document shall become
Null and void and shall be subject to the cancellation clauses
mentioned below , if applicable .
Cancellation Clauses
The policy document once issued and is required to be
cancelled is subject to cancellation rules of TATA AIG . TATA AIG reserves the
sole discretion for allowing cancellation and or changes after the policy
document is issued , JourneyMart.com shall not accept any liability in case
TATA AIG does not accept the bonafide reasons for cancellation and or
changes in which case No Refund shall be made of the premium paid . The
document once issued comes into effect
from 0000 hours of the Date of start of travel which is entered and remains
valid until 2359 hours of the End Date of Travel . Changes / cancellation , if
required , can only be made if the document has not come into effect which in
simpler terms means that the document is presented well before the start date
of travel as entered . Cancellation and or changes are subject to requisite
documentation being made available by the insured and is accepted by TATA AIG .
For any Cancellation and or
changes charges of Rs 500/- shall be applicable per policy document .
