Day 1: Arrive Gangtok (130 kms / approx. 4 hour drive) Welcome to your tour of 'Super Saver Eastern Himalayas'! On arrival at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Station, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Gangtok. Wreathed in clouds, Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim is located on a ridge at a height of 5500 feet and offers spectacular views of Mt. Khangchendzonga. On arrival check in to the hotel.

Overnight at hotel in Gangtok. (L, D) | | | Day 2: In Gangtok This morning, proceed for an excursion to Tshangu Lake, a holy lake worshipped by the Sikkim's. Further 10kms from Tsomgo Lake on the way to Nathu - la - Jelepla pass lays the legendary Baba Mandir also known as 'Harbajan Singh Memorial'. It was built in memory of a soldier in the 23rd Punjab Regiment, who drowned in a stream near the spot. Legend says he later appeared in a dream to one of his colleagues where he requested that a temple be built in his memory. (In case if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided)

Overnight stay in Gangtok. (B, D) | | | Day 3: On to Lachung (125 kms / approx. 6 hour drive) This morning after breakfast, drive to Lachung. Enroute visit Singhik View Point. It offers the most magnificent view of Mt. Khangchendzonga and Mt. Siniolchu. Surrounded by lush green hills, with the Teesta River flowing below it, Singhik is a great place to take a short break in before heading on to the other destinations of North Sikkim. Visit Seven Sisters Waterfalls, a picturesque waterfall awaits the visitor with a watching shed where they can enjoy the magnificent view of the waterfall and click memorable photographs. The place offers panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains all around.

Overnight in Lachung. (B, EL, D) | | | Day 4: In Gangtok This morning, drive to Yumthang - Valley (known as Valley of Flowers). Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the yaks & winter playgrounds of yetis. On the way back visit the Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties & Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary famous for its Flora and Fauna .After sightseeing drive back to resort.
Later proceed for Gangtok, Enroute witness the Beautification of the wonderful Bheema & Twin Falls.

Overnight stay in Gangtok. (B, D) | | | Day 5: On to Darjeeling (115 kms / approx. 4 hour drive) This morning, go for a half day sightseeing covering Jhakri falls, an energy park as well as a shamatic theme park along with Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Directorate of Handloom (Closed on Sunday) and Flower Show. Afternoon transfer to Darjeeling 'A Dreamland of the East'. it has been a popular hill station since the British period. It is surrounded by lofty mountains. Except for the monsoon months and if weather is clear, the majestic Kanchenjunga peak can be seen. Down below in the valley flow the rivers swollen by rain water or melting snow. Darjeeling is a fascinating place rich in natural beauty and surrounded by the Buddhist monasteries.

Overnight stay in Darjeeling. (B, D) | | | Day 6: In Darjeeling Today, early in the morning, visit Tiger Hill, famous for sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga. On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After sightseeing drive back to hotel.
After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Darjeeling Ropeway Ride (On Direct Payment) PNZ Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Japanese Temple. Peace pagoda Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refuge Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view). After sightseeing, drive back to hotel.
