You expressly acknowledge and agree that :-

b) To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the portal expressly disclaims all warranties, conditions and other terms of any kind, whether express or implied as to the accuracy or authenticity of the information, materials, products, services posted on Travel Bazaar.
c) To
the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the portal expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied including, but not limited to any implied term of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and any term as to the provision of services to a standard of reasonable care and skill or as to non-infringement of any intellectual property right.
d) No
liability shall accrue or any claim lie, whatsoever, against JourneyMart for damages arising out of any transaction entered into on this page or in reliance thereof.
e) The
Portal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, move, delete or discontinue any content on the service, or the service itself, for any reason, if required to do so by law or in the good faith that doing so is necessary to better the service or is necessary to comply with any laws or commercial requirements.
The contents of the master disclaimer
contained in The User Agreement are reiterated and you are advised to refer to the contents of clause 12.
