JourneyMart.com reserves the right to refuse,withdraw or otherwise deal with all advertisements submitted to us  for  publication  at our  absolute discretion  and  without explanation.Failure to publish a requested advertisement does not constitute a breach of contract or otherwise entitle the Advertiser to any legal recourse.

Any ad buy/s order on JourneyMart.com will be considered a “ready-to-release” order only on complete payment for that particular ad buy/s .

JourneyMart.com must receive all advertising material at least seven business days prior to the scheduled date  of publication  for material  made available electronically, or five business days prior  to the  scheduled date of publication for  hard-copy dispatched by post. In the  event  that JourneyMart.com  does  not  receive  advertising  material  prior  to the  applicable submission deadline,JourneyMart.com may publish at its sole discretion any material it deems appropriate until  such  time  as JourneyMart.com  can  reasonably  begin publication of the advertisement requested by the advertiser.

Material  submitted by  the advertiser  must comply  with  JourneyMart.com  specifications and instructions. Failure to  adhere  to these  may delay  or  prevent delivery  of the advertisements ordered. However,  advertiser  will remain  obligated  to  pay  JourneyMart.com  as  specified in the Cancellation clause.

All  advertisements  are  accepted  only on  the  condition  that  the  advertiser   warrants  that the advertisement  does not  now  and will not  include  any  material that  is unlawful, harmful,
fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, obscene, racially , ethnically or otherwise  objectionable or encourages conduct that would violate any applicable local, national or international law.

Any  contents  forming  a  part  of the advertising  material  shall  not  be  in breach of any third parties  moral , intellectual  or  contractual  rights. The  advertiser  shall  be  responsible for the content  of  all  its advertising  material and shall indemnify JourneyMart.com in relation to any claims, disputes  or  other  legal  action (including legal fees) brought against JourneyMart.com arising  from  and  in  relation to  the  advertiser’s   advertisements. In addition,   the  advertiser represents that it has the full corporate rights and authority to enter into this agreement.

Notwithstanding  the  above ,  Journeymart.com  shall be  the sole  Judge  of the suitability or otherwise, of an advertisement.

We  have  diligently  tried  to  make JourneyMart.com  an  informative  and  enjoyable  site  on the Web. In return, we expect our advertisers to, at all times, conduct themselves with  proper  decorum  and  with  consideration  for  all  Internet  users.  Advertisers  may  not use JourneyMart.com to send any unauthorized solicitation, advertising or promotional material.

These  standards  should  be  taken  as  minimum  standards  of acceptability that are subject to review from time to time.
