| | Eating Out in Boston |
| |
|
Boston has a range of eating places to offer to suit all pockets and all tastes. Chinese, Indian, and Italian -- you name it and Boston will have a restaurant that caters to your desire. The good places to eat are in Newbury street in the Back Bay area – plenty of good restaurants, cafes and bars. Boston is also known for its seafood. For some sumptuous clam chowder and fresh lobsters served with hot butter sauce try one of the restaurants in the wharf area. Quincy Market is good for takeaways while obviously Chinatown is good for Chinese food. Cambridge has plenty of cheap and good restaurants and eating out here is casual and fun.
As in food, so in music and entertainment -- Boston has something to offer to everybody. Entertainment in the city varies from the Boston Symphony Orchestra to rock music bands to comedy acts to innovative theatre production and of course, a whole host of pubs, bars, cafes and clubs offering some great nightlife experiences -- music, dancing, drinking and feasting. Most of Boston's nightlife venues are concentrated in Quincy Market, Copley Square, Landsdowne Street and Harvard Square (Cambridge).
