Welcome to Malaga, the gateway to the Costa del Sol. At first glance Malaga appears to be just that – another Spanish city. But look carefully and you’ll find plenty below Málaga’s veneer to please you. This is the city that gave its name to the famous sweet wine it produces - Málaga. It’s also a historic city, with some of southern Spain’s famous Moorish monuments, including the citadels of Alcazaba and Gibralfaro. Some of the quaintest fishing villages huddle close to Malaga’s seashore.
When it comes to warm, friendly people, good weather and great food (especially seafood), Malaga can definitely give other tourist destinations a run for their money!
