The Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the finest wildlife reserves in the whole of Africa. Masai Mara is a reserve rather than a National Park belonging to the Masai people. Masai Mara is where the wildlife is abundant and the gentle rolling grasslands ensure that animals are never out of sight.
The reserve is unfenced and its southern reaches border the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. The two countries share the vast Serengeti plains, with the wildlife free to roam between Kenya and Tanzania in search of good grazing - or prey. A pride of lions can be spotted ready to make a run for a gazelle, a cheetah and its cub taking a nap on a rock, a pair of ostriches walking the open stretches of the savannah or a gazelle giving birth- everything about this reserve is outstanding which tempts you back time and again.

Masai Mara- an unparalleled wildlife marvel, a place where you can actually encounter a live Discovery Channel!
