Driving Direction to Binsar

Driving Direction from Chandigarh to Binsar

Distance: 540 km
Driving Time: 12.00 hours

To drive out of Chandigarh, get onto Dakshin Marg and follow the sign boards to hit NH 22, continue for 10 kms and take a slight left onto Dera Basi to NH 73, drive for another 14 kms and take a slight left onto SH 1, continue for another 68 kms till you reach Jagadhri.
From Jagadhri turn right at Chowk Bazaar to get onto NH 73A, follow the signboards to stay on NH 73A; at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and continue straight on Old Saharanpur Road, drive for 10 kms on this road and follow the sign boards to get onto NH 73 and keep driving for another 35 kms.
You will pass by Vaishali Service Station petrol pump within 22 km on your way, refuel your car tank if needed and continue driving further.
At Saharanpur you may halt at Gurunank Dhaba on NH 73 for a sumptuous meal and restart your journey.
Follow the sign boards to stay on NH 73 and drive for another 38 kms (you will pass a petrol pump on your left).
On approaching Roorkee, take a slight left onto NH 58 and continue on this route (NH 58 Roorkee Haridwar Road) for around 30 km till you reach Haridwar.
Get onto NH 74 and continue driving on this route for 74 kms till Najibabad, from where the road turns MDR 161W/Nagina Najibabad Road, drive straight on the road till Nagina and follow the sign boards to get onto Dhampur Bypass.
Continue onto NH 74 for around 83 kms, via Kashipur, top up your petrol at the Indian Oil Petrol Station on the way.
Follow the sign boards to turn left at MDR 49W.
Continue straight on this stretch for next 26 km before you turn left on Mall Road, the Mall Road ascends all the way up to Nainital with sharp turns, so drive slowly and be watchful.
From Nainital, take NH 87 and drive for 28 km, passing by Bhowali Sanitorium and Kainchi Dham, respectively, further, take a slight right onto SH 37 and stay on via Almora.
Be watchful of sharp turns and hairpin bends on the road, and keep driving till you reach Binsar.
  

Driving Direction from Delhi to Binsar

Distance: 370 km
Driving Time: 8.00 hours

The best route to drive on from Delhi to Binsar is NH 24.
Head out of Delhi by taking the Noida Link Road and continue towards NH 24 (Hapur Road); fuel up your car from the petrol pump on NH 24 and drive on for 40 km.
Just before Hapur, take the Hapur Bypass and drive on for next 14 km.
Stop for a wholesome meal and to freshen up at the Bhajan Dhaba in Garmukhteshwar – do try the lip-smacking aloo paranthas here! You may also take a small detour to Garmukhteshwar Temple and Brij Ghat.
Continue on NH 24 followed by Ganga Bridge, soon you will pass by BP petrol pump on your left – in case you are running low on fuel, you can stop here for tanking up your vehicle.
Keep driving and as you approach Moradabad city, you will soon start spotting some eateries and restaurants along NH 24, such as Lovena restaurant, Temptation restaurant and many more.
From Moradabad, take a slight left to get onto MDR 65W, where you will find some really good and hygienic eating spots.
If you wish to eat some freshly prepared mouth-watering breakfast, then you must stop by Guptaji Rotiwale, and do not forget to savour the Dal Makhani served here.
Stay on this road for next 40 km, get onto MDR 49W and turn left after 35 km to hit the Mall Road.
You will pass by the enchanting hill stations of Nainital and Almora on your way to Binsar – plan a day out in one of these places if you have an extra day to spare, or drive straight through.
As you pass by a Sai Baba Mandir on the left after about 35 km, take a right, and then a sharp left to stay on SH 37.
Continue to follow SH 37, passing by the Kasar Devi Temple near Almora in 4 km.
Keep driving for another 24 km, before you take a slight right and within 4 km you will reach the quaint town of Binsar.
