How to Reach Binsar by Air The closest airport to Binsar is at Pantnagar, 127 km away. Only Jagson Airlines provides to and from the airport, connecting Uttarakhand to New Delhi. After getting off at the airport, you can plan your trip to Binsar by hiring a taxi or a hopping onto a bus.

How to Reach Binsar by Rail The nearest railhead is at Kathgodam, 120 km. The Kathgodam railway station is well-connected to all the major cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Dehradun, Jammu and Kanpur. Get off at the railhead and take a tourist bus, taxi or drive up via Almora, 30 km from Binsar.
You can also take the Ranikhet Express from the Old Delhi Railways Station and get off at Haldwani. From Haldwani you can either hire a private cab or take a bus to Almora. The travelling distance between Haldwani and Almora is 90 km and then again from Almora to Binsar is 30km. The cab charges from Almora to Binsar will be somewhere around Rs. 700- 800 but with good bargaining skills you can get the cab for cheaper.

How to Reach Binsar by Bus Binsar is located at a distance of 380 km from Delhi and it will take you nearly 10 hours to get here from the city of New Delhi. There are scenic routes which connect the beautiful hill station of Binsar to the cities. Driving time is approximately 8 hours via Moradabad, Rampur, Kathgodam and Almora.
If you are looking for an easier option, say like how to get there by a deluxe coach, then there is no direct bus to Binsar from New Delhi. You will have to take a bus to Almora (10-12 hours) first and then hire a cab to get to Binsar. All buses to Almora ply from the bus terminal of Anand Vihar.
