Festivals and Events in Ooty

The Annual Flower Show which is a very big special event in Ooty is held every year in May. The Flower Show exhibit different varities of roses, carnation, gerbera, crysanthemum, dahlia, floribundas, acatic lilliatia, limonium, galdayn and many more. The gardens are formally laid out with lily ponds, and there are clipped bushes in the form of elephants, with raised trunks. The Flower Show is a big tourist attraction as people from all over come here to get a glimpse of this beautiful mesmerizing scenery.
