Festivals and Events in Kodaikanal

As special events and festivals go, during 14 -15 August every year Kodaikanal comes alive with the carnival this is the highlight of the year. It takes place at the Mother Salette Church and marks the end of a nine day festival. Visitors from all over pour into Kodai for this event and there are special services and processions held at this time.

Flower shows, dog shows and Boat shows are held and widely attended by one and all.
