What to Pack
Days are pleasant in summers, but nights can get chilly, so it is a good idea to have light woollens packed in. Winters tend to get very cold with heavy snowfall during the peak winter months, so keep enough heavy woollens for good protection. For spring and autumn, light cotton clothing will suffice, with a windcheater thrown in for chilly evenings. Good walking shoes if you plan to do a lot of walking about town would also come in handy.
If you are planning to go for hikes/treks or take a shot at one of the adventure sports, pack hiking boots. Also make sure that you are dressed in comfortable attires- tee shirt and jeans (as it is very essential to be comfortable while you are taking up an adventurous task). Do pack your raingear, windcheaters, sun block, camera and mosquito repellent. Don’t worry about the equipment as the organisers will provide you with trekking/ hiking/climbing gear.
