ChinaWhere to Stay in China |
|
| |
|
China, offers plethora of options for places to stay for tourists with most of them usually being fairly expensive, especially in the east.
Tourist accommodation in China ranges from high-end luxury hotels to very spartan outfits with most of the international luxury hotel chains represented in the cities like Beijing Shangai and Hong Kong. Other than hotels, you can sometimes find accommodation in the `foreign students’ hostels of universities, which charge much less than hotels and will usually take in all foreigners, irrespective of whether they’re students at the university or not.
Upmarket or deluxe hotels with business and convention centres and a host of other facilities can be found in most provincial capitals. The mid range hotels provide clean, spacious standard size rooms with attached bathrooms, air conditioning, and elevators. Most of these places offer a wide range of tariff options, so ask for the one that suits you best.
