The largest of the seven Canary Islands, Tenerife, is located in the Atlantic Ocean, off the northwest coast of Africa. A much popular destination, Tenerife is one of the busiest Spanish resorts and the first of Canary Islands. Every year Germans, Brits, the French and Italian come to this spectacular island in search of winter sun. Other attractions of Tenerife are its spectacular views of the mountain and steep gorges, black and coves, desolate slopes of the third largest volcano and many more. And if all this is not enough to impress you, the sheer variety of nightclubs, bars and pubs will impress not only the hardest clubbers but people from all spheres of life.
There are a few places on earth where you can discover such a varied landscape and Tenerife happens to be one of them!

Dorada, a beer native to Tenerife is a must try as there is nowhere else in the world that you will get to taste the beer that is brewed exclusively on the island.
Strangely, the people in Tenerife and the rest of Spain do not hold any superstitious to the unlucky Friday the 13th. Rather they consider Tuesday the 13th being an auspicious day for them.
