Genting Highlands in the state of Pahang, is located in the hills overlooking the city of Kuala Lumpur and is basically a mountain resort, with not much else other than entertainment, clean air, lots of tourists and good views. It’s a hill station, but a `touristy’ one- catering to people who want to relax and enjoy themselves, not get hot and sweaty tramping from one historical sight to another.
